BECT offered the plans for preliminary and detailed designs and design of the old remaining buildings in the site identifying possible uses for it according to the approved international standards. The study by BECT Structural, Architectural and Electro Mechanical teams took into consideration the environmental circumstances and operating costs and maintenance and value engineering requirements.
