On the area of 190 acres on the road Fayoum 6th of October City, located "Cosmos Village" or what can be called "Mini Egypt", a project adopted by the Ministry of Education to increase awareness of school student of the many historic landmarks in Egypt.
Educational recreational and entertainment village aims to introduce students to the characteristics of their country, and to strengthen their belonging to it. It was planned to receive 2000 visitors a day.
Cosmos village is the first village to rely on the construction of real models that its visitors can verify. The National Service of the Armed Forces started construction in 2007, and was completed in 2011.
BECT experts developed Urban Planning and Design in addition to site supervision for an 800,000+ square meters (200 acres) cultural, tourism, sport facilities and amusement park with high architectural requirements for buildings and landscaping. BECT provided the following consultancy / design services: Geotechnical & Survey, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Specifications and BOQ.
