With multilayered food courts, indoor restaurants and a cinema complex, Cleopatra Mall is designed to be a general hub for entertainment and retail center in 6th of October City. To convey the mall’s promise of an unparalleled customer experience through architecture, hospitality and technology, BECT focused on distribution of services through all related facilities for the commercial building which consists of 4 floors and 2 basements of gross floor area 384,000 m2.
The project is divided into several stages: 1- design stage, 2- tendering stage and 3- site supervision stage. Concerning these stages, BECT provided the following consultancy / design services: Survey & Geotechnical, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, Specifications and BOQ.
