Electricity sector reconstruction project consisting of the following: survey/soil investigation, design, manufacturing, testing in factory, insurance, shipping, custom clearance, delivery to designated sites, installation, necessary interface work, factory training, testing on site, commissioning, putting in service and remedy of all defects during the warranty period for one substation (Baghdad West North 400 kV Substation) including associated civil/building works as detailed in this specification.
The project is divided into two main stages: design stage and tendering stage. Concerning these stages, BECT provided the following consultancy / design services: Landscape, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Specifications and BOQ.
